Summary: CacheAttributes header was left in the public header
collection

{{CacheAttributes}} is not longer necessary and was inadvertently left in the
public headers. The factory, {{CacheAttributesFactory}} was removed prior to
the first release. All public APIs using {{CacheAttributes}} were removed prior
to the first release.
It should be safe to remove the header completely and cleanup internal usage of
this class without effecting the public API and ABI.
