GEODE-6771: Have ProcessWrapper implement Consumer (#3588)
- Log all stdout/stderr from DeprecatedCacheServerLauncherIntegrationTest
java invocations.
- Ensure LogManager is initialized correctly in ProcessLogger
- Clean up manifest jars created by ProcessWrapper
