Resolution: Won't Fix
Gonna go ahead and close this out, we've been over these flaky tests too many
times to count. Disabled tests should be ported to the new test framework just
like the enabled ones, so turn them on _then_ and debug any problems.
Meanwhile, there's nothing to see here.
