Idea is that in printout of "list indexes" command, with new command option
"{color:#6a8759}maint-status{color}"
add new column "{color:#6a8759}Index Maintenance Status{color}", and for each
index show maintenance status: ONGOING/FINISHED. This is first draft/proposal.
