Summary: Move private implementation into source files.

Function and method definitions across all header files within the
"cppcache/src" directory are to be moved into their corresponding source files,
source files created as necessary. "inline" and "explicit" are to be removed.
Redundant "virtual" and "final" are to be removed. Derived destructors are to
be marked override.
