GEODE-6763: Send GatewayReceiver events received to Micrometer (#3573)
Updated GatewayReceiverStats to add a
cache.gatewayreceiver.events.received meter to the registry.
The meter is a FunctionCounter that retrieves its value from the
"eventsReceived" stat.
