AvailablePortHelperIntegrationTest.getRandomAvailableTCPPortRange_returnsUniqueRanges
 runs for too long. On a 12-core i9-8950HK 2.90GHz, the test takes 16.5 minutes 
to run. Looking at the test, I see it has a for-loop of 1000 iterations which
