Summary: status locator gives wrong output

start locator process
start locator --name=locator
Once the locator is up run status command
run status locator on gfsh
gfsh>status locator
Locator in /usr/local/Cellar/apache-geode/1.9.0/bin on 111.123.1.5[10334] is
currently not responding.
Run the same steps above to check status of server.
However everything works fine if you add --name=memberName in status command
for locator and server.
Is this expected behavior?.
