As part of instructions to create a release, a new pipeline is deployed for the
release branch using ci/pipelines/meta/deploy_meta.sh
This script failed on "metric" just after unpausing the main pipeline. That
code appears outdated and is passing the wrong number of parameters to the
functions it is calling.
