Summary: Add some SSL benchmarks to CI

Add task for running some benchmarks with SSL enabled. This task should run in
parallel with the current benchmark task. Should run targeted benchmarks.
Benchmarks:
* *GetBenchmark
* *PutBenchmark
Args:
-PwithSsl
Accpetance:
Benchmarks are stable between runs and don't cause numerous false failures. May
require adding story for adding parameter analyzer to specify alternative
threshold (default is 5%).
