We have seen several timeouts in the execute_test task in UnitTestX jobs in the
CI which were found to be resolved by experimenting with increasing the
timeout. The community agreed we should increase the timeout from 10 to 20
minutes to handle intermittent degradation of the performance of this task, due
to infrastructure issues or otherwise.
