Resolution: Invalid
This does not appear to be a Geode issue. Moving the `highwater` tag is a
routine operation in Geode and anyone cloning Geode should be prepared to
handle it. In general the workaround for an error like this is simply to
delete your (stale) higwater tag and retry whatever you were doing that gave
this error.
