The C++ and .NET client guides have been separated (GEODE-7262). However, the
current build procedure allows only one book to be built at a time. Generating
the alternative manual requires switching config files. We need a simpler
scheme. Two ideas to pursue:
* Separate 'book' directories
* Scripts
