Description:
While reviewing [Pull Request 4123|https://github.com/apache/geode/pull/4123],
[~nabarunnag]
[suggested|https://github.com/apache/geode/pull/4123#discussion_r332702167] to
change the name of the {{isKnownDangerousMethod()}} method in the
{{RestrictedMethodAuthorizer}} class.
Evaluate the suggested options and rename the method to better reflect its
intent (the changes should also be reflected in the [RFC Errata
section|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GEODE/OQL+Method+Invocation+Security#OQLMethodInvocationSecurity-Errata]).
