All of these classes contain member id information that is required by
geode-core (durable client attributes). So there is not really any reason to
have so many different nested classes and abstractions. Turn these all into a
single object.
One important benefit of this work is that it will simplify our interprocess
communication. For instance, we won't be sending around GMSMember any more.
