{{testClientHealthStats_SubscriptionEnabled}} failed because it expects the
number of subscriptions to immediately match the number of clients. But they
are not synched.
The solution is for the test (in {{verifyClientsAndSubscription()}}) to assert
(via {{awaitility}}) that the expected number of subscriptions _eventually_
matches the expectation.
