Description:
There are some missing builds on the apache geode PR pipeline. The reason has
been tracked down to the way the GitHub pull request resource tracks the
trigger of a commit. This issue has been fixed in

Change the GitHub pull request resource from telia-oss/github-pr-resource to
digitalocean/github-pr-resource.
