Need to add the old version on the support branch too now, not just develop
(e.g. as soon as 1.12.0 was released, the support branch became 1.12.1 so
1.12.0 is an "old" version for both develop and support/1.12)
This was a non-issue before when we had release branches that were discarded
after release.
This PR updates the release scripts so this will happen automatically.
