* install missing packages for rc pipeline
* fix typo in prompt
* fix license review
* hack for geode-benchmarks to build in environments where UTF-8 is not already
the default.
* make rc pipeline public
* update links to brew
* eliminate extra commits to flipflop between dev and prod version formats
* set user.email to apache email in workspace repos
* validate that gpg key has apache email address
* allow 8-digit gpg key everywhere
* make compatible with zsh
* fix typo that broke promote_rc script
* fix undefined variable
* include a reminder to check that download site is updated correctly
* fix indentation issue with brew
* add remote reference to master to so merge to master can actually work
* merge the exact release tag to master -- not random subsequent commits too!
* clean up RC tags as part of end-of-support
* make it harder to accidentally delete the support branch and pipelines
* add reminder text about expected support lifecycle and current age of support
