Fix Version/s: 1.14.0
Resolution: Fixed
There is still a `sni-test-config` folder, but it is at the top level of the
tree, and is not copied to the output directory at build time. Some of these
files need to live in their own known location because the Docker image mounts
a folder back to that path to pick up the keys. At any rate, we're not
duplicating anything, which should remain the steady state of things.
