If {{RegionAdvisor.buckets == null}} or {{RegionAdvisor.buckets.length == 0}}
at the time the value of {{serials}} is generated, an
{{ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException}} may be thrown in
{{RegionAdvisor.processProfilesQueuedDuringInitialization}} if buckets have
been initialized at that point.
