When typing "create gateway-sender" from gfsh and pressing tab to suggest
options, the "group" and "members" parameters appear and the rest of options
(even the mandatory ones) not appear while those two are not set.
It would be expected that the mandatory options appear first (id and
remote-distributed-id) and only when these are set, the rest are shown.
