Description:
When typing "create gateway-sender --" from gfsh and pressing tab to suggest
options, the "group" option is autocompleted instead of any of the mandatory
ones.
It would be expected that the mandatory options appear first (id and
remote-distributed-id).

suggest options, the "group" option is autocompleted instead of any of the
mandatory ones.
It would be expected that the mandatory options appear first (id and
remote-distributed-id) and only when these are set, the rest are shown.
