Blake Bender resolved GEODE-2598.
---------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 1.14.0
       Resolution: Fixed

DataOutput unit tests include tests for advance cursor forward and backward.
We could maybe do a little more about checking size, but realistically if this
was badly broken nothing at all would be working in the client.  Closing this
prehistoric bug.

> The class apache::geode::client::DataOutput manages some internal buffers
> that contribute to the return values of getBufferLength() and
> getRemainingBufferLength(). The behavior appears to differ between platforms
> and is not immediately obvious from external observation. This behavior
> should be unit-tested to ensure that it does not regress.
