This is an important test because of its thorough coverage of the region API.
Note: This test hasn't worked in a long time due to a nativeclient bug
involving CACHING_PROXY, which allowed removing keys from the server where were
only invalid on the client (GEODE_9249). After fixing that bug, this test runs.
