Description: spring 5.3.18 is preferred. currently we have a mix of 5.2
and 5.3 on different support branches, so 5.2.20 is probably a better choice
for branches still on spring 5.2 (was: spring 5.3.17 is preferred. currently
we have a mix of 5.2 and 5.3 on different support branches.)
