With [GEODE-35] we created a Dockerfile and provisioned on DockerHub but due to
[GEODE-8] the work stayed in a public GitHub repository.
Now it's time to move the Dockerfile into the product and automate the image
build on DockerHub, keeping the unstable/nightly tag for developers monitoring
our *develop* branch.
Until Geode has a release those images would still have a disclaimer about not
being production ready and meant only for testing and development purposes.
