Summary: Remove dead JVSD code

Clean up code that is duplicated or part of the older swing version which will
no longer be developed. At present there is a mix of code from two different
versions of JVSD, one that was based on swing and jfreechart and a second based
on JavaFX. Development on the Swing version has been halted and future
development will only be on the JavaFX version.
