This seems to be a timing issue in the test. It creates a server and then four
client caches that are supposed to connect to the server. It waits up to 10
seconds for the clients to connect to the server and be reported by
getConnectedClients() and then fails if they don't show up. In one CI failure
I looked at the second of the four clients didn't finish connecting to the
server before the test gave up.
The GEODE-77 branch didn't mess with client/server functionality so I think
this problem has been around in this test for a while.
I'll bump up the wait-time for this test.
