GEODE-769 Update 3 issues in README.md
3 items are updated:
1. fixed a small markdown typo
2. multicast discovery does not exist, so a small amount of prose about
locators is revised
3. JDK 1.8 is expected, so the Geode In 5 Minutes prose needed an update
