Summary: Pulse does not display region name with hyphens

Customer has some regions with hyphen (-) in the name. For ex:
generic-key-value, pet-region
Pulse does not display members of those regions. It is captured and attached in
Pulse_generic-key-value.png
Pulse displays members for the regions, which do NOT have hyphen in their name.
