Description:
{code}com.gemstone.gemfire.internal.redis.RegionProvider.java{code} is using
gfsh command to create region which is slow and caused some perf. problems for
Redis operations.
The ``attached`` patch replace it with {code}RegionFactory{code} which fix the
perf problem but doesn't work with cluster config.
