Followup, 4/4/2016.
This ticket has a very generic title but addresses a few specific issues:
1. Searches are now correctly confined to the Geode docs (David Yozie repaired
this).
2. Favicon not yet working as it should.
3. Docs are on track to be donated to ASF. This is a multi-step process being
tracked elsewhere and is not a prerequisite to fixing the other issues in this
ticket.
Recommendations:
1. Because the search behavior has been fixed (1), and because the
overly-generic title is unhelpful, declare this ticket fixed and close it.
2. Create a separate issue for the favicon issue.
3. Allow the docs donation process, already under way, to continue. No new JIRA
ticket required for this.
