Add test coverage (probably to LogServiceIntegrationJUnitTest) for using a
custom log4j2.xml with Geode.
The user should be able to specify -Dlog4j.configurationFile=log4j2.xml and
point to a custom log4j2.xml when starting server, locator or using APIs as a
library. New integration test is required to verify this behavior works.
