* PutOperationContextJUnitTest
* TcpServerJUnitTest
* ArrayEqualsJUnitTest (rename to
RegionOperationsEqualityShouldUseArrayEqualsIntegrationTest)
* ClassPathLoaderJUnitTest (split to ClassPathLoaderTest and
ClassPathLoaderIntegrationTest)
* FileUtilJUnitTest
* PidFileJUnitTest
(TODO: add additional tests to this list as they are found)
