Recently (see GEODE-1238) a bug was introduced by releasing the result of
getEventForPosition(int) on DistributedPutAllOperation and
DistributedRemoveAllOperation. No unit test revealed this. Unit tests are
needed call getEventForPosition multiple times for the same index.
