Summary: Disable logging of banners in distributedTests

Geode's distributedTests frequently create and destroy caches, causing banners
to be logged that contain the same information. This increases the size of
test output quite a bit and is unnecessary. Except for the dunit locator all
banners should be disabled in these tests.
