Two steps:
1. Edit Committer's list & commit.
2. Build site & deploy (asf-site branch).
Step 1 complete: checked in on 'develop'. (Minor changes to the site, in the
past, have been made without going through git flow protocol of feature
branches and reviews, so I followed that pattern.)
