Summary: initial and max-heap should be same when a server is

Currently {{start server}} gfsh command has these two options {{--max-heap}}
and {{--initial-heap}}. We should deprecate these in favor of only one option
say {{ --heap-size}} and when this new option is used, automatically configure
G1 GC.
