This is a follow-on request from GEM-1063.
This is an enhancement request to provide a JMX API that provides a jmx stats
like naming numCurrentlyExecutingQueriesInCluster so that a metrics server tool
can know the number of OQL queries executing at an instance in time (say right
now) throughout the gemfire cluster.
