Open attached odt file.

Select row labeled "one" from table 1 (two row tableheads), run diagram wizards
from Insert>Object>Diagram. 
Runtime error!

Select row labeled "one" from table 2 (single row tableheads), run diagram
wizards from Insert>Object>Diagram. 
You could create chart with wizard.

This happens in OOo 3.3 and 3.4beta, I tested only on win7.

I found it on investigating problems on users forum see URL.

The crash reporter runs only one time in OOo 3.3, report number: rrmw69n
