I thought so, yeah. It's something we disabled prior to GitBox. Definitely
feels odd to me to see an email go out to issues@ saying "ASF GitHub Bot logged
work on ...", and to have a time counter go up by 10 minutes, when it really
means "a relevant pull request has been merged".
Do you prefer the work log approach?
