As [the scope of 1.1.0 has been
finalized|https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/c74221a629bd2da53996b0f6e4cfebc4647ac1239aa8817a45fd0c12@%3Cdev.guacamole.apache.org%3E],
and the release branches have been created, the version numbers of all
modified components need to be bumped to 1.0.0.
In the case of libguac, the SO version (libtool version info) must be
incremented only according to [strict
guidelines|https://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/manual/html_node/Updating-version-info.html]).
It is independent of the project version.
