I've reproduced this in the following environment...
* Guacamole Client (git master) and guacd (git master) on Ubuntu 18.04.2, JDK 8
* CentOS7 with TigerVNC using securitytypes=TLSNone
Unfortunately I'm having trouble getting enough data other than what's already
been posted as to why it's crashing. gdb isn't overly-helpful because the
process isn't crashing, per se. Might try strace.
