Resolution: Won't Do
Closing this out as something we don't want to put into the mainline Guacamole
code.
It is worth noting that a couple of recent changes to Guacamole may help with
some of the concern, here - that is, commits were recently made that allow for
disabling clipboard copy and/or paste on a per-connection basis.
