Michael Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-779:
------------------------------------------
Unless the user is an administrator, they will only have permission to create
connections within the root group or groups that they created. They can't
modify connections or groups created by other users. Moving a connection into
or out of a group counts as modifying that group.
> User with create connection right must create connection in root

> Hello,
> I give to my users right to create a new connection. It seems they can only
> create a connecton in the ROOT path. They have access to other path, but when
> they tried to create the connection, they have an error message.
> I use MySQL backend.
