Description:
The changes from GUACAMOLE-422 have added duplicate parameter definitions for
the "timezone" parameter to both {{ssh.json}} and {{rdp.json}}. The English
translation for the RDP version of this parameter within {{en.json}},
{{PROTOCOL_RDP.FIELD_HEADER_TIMEZONE}}, has also been duplicated.
The duplicated values should be removed.

duplicate key FIELD_HEADER_TIMEZONE in the section PROTOCOL_RDP
