Mike Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-906:

You should not open a new issue to report that a past issue is still occurring.
If the bug is still present it should be reported on the original JIRA issue,
not re-reported as a new issue.

Weeeeellll ... this I don't think is entirely correct. If an old issue has
started happening again (ie: a regression), then that does belong as a new
issue. We can't reopen old issues forever. It makes sense to reopen an issue if
it hasn't been addressed and the release containing the fix has not yet gone
out, but if that issue was part of release X and X has come and gone, I think
any issues in it are pretty much baked.
I agree that this should remain closed until it has been verified to occur with
the latest release (1.0.0). I am fairly skeptical that this is truly a
recurrence of the old issue, but if it is indeed recurring, this issue should
be reopened.
[~guinypig], once you have retested against the latest (either 1.0.0 or perhaps
even git master), please let us know.
