804++ I´d conclude the warning is used whenever a preconnection blob is
specified (settings->preconnection_blob is set in line 806 and tested in 812),
and the warning does not reflect freerdp´s capabilities.
as I switched to debug output anyway I am attaching a log. Connection obviously
was attempted but failed.
