Regarding licensing, yes, I agree this shouldn't be an issue given that it's
not a required feature nor distributed as part of a release in binary form. The
libssh library is LGPLv2, which is indeed [Category
X|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x], but the same would
apply to libvncclient (which is GPLv2).
